If BTBAM decided to become a deathcore band... they still wouldn't be able to lower themselves to the general level of shittiness that this genre holds. This album is fantastic. And contrary to for example "Day of Mourning" by Despised Icon (which is decent for deathcore in my book), this doesn't really feel like deathcore. The breakdowns are scarce and well placed, the solos and melodies are outstanding. THIS IS FUCKING MUSIC, not a fucking soundtrack to a brodown.

When the fuck are they gonna drop a new album ? It's been almost 6 years.... This band may be the best deatcore band around. They are by far the most skilled musicians in deathcore. They are also far more death metal oriented. Not much core here. And the breakdowns on here are very creative and far from the usual generic chug chug breakdowns that are so common in this genre. I love the tremelo picking here as well as the vocals. Adam cody is very good and has a lot of range. The drumming here is also top notch.

Definitely one of the top 5 deathcore bands out there along with Hester Prynne, Animosity, All Shall Perish, The Faceless(even though they are closer to death metal), and Through the Eyes of the Dead... I do really want new Glass Casket, but with the vocalist being in Wretched, Blake and Dustie being busy with BTBAM, and everyone else is busy with various side projects; I just don't see it happening any time soon.
