agreed, but even though this is more poppy or smooth jazz-influenced, it's still really enjoyable.

On first listen I was slightly disappointed. A lot of tracks seemed to fall flat to me.

I haven't listened to the entire album yet, but so far I think it's one of their best. I'm surprisingly satisfied with the features so far (Newsom - huh?); Blu and Phonte? - sick. The dudes are around 40 now, and the maturity shows. This is grown man rap people!

Yeah Inveigh, the production is so organic and has a real collaborative feel, due to the features, obviously.

A lot better on second listen. It didn't help that the first time I listened to it was on shitty headphones with hardly any bass and too much treble.

If you can't admit "The Fire" isn't the most addictive song you've heard in quite some then you're lying.

Have you heard Birthday Girl? Bonus track on Rising Down. Definitely one of the catchiest songs i've ever heard.
