If this album is like the last, i really don't see the Metalcore label as being acurate I think of these guys much more as a modern hardcore band, propaghandi has elements of thrash in it but they're still a punk band. while the purists will never like bands like this, or FtFD or Bury your Dead, a lot of Hardcore kids, (and these bands for that matter) do like this style because its straightfoward, well executed and makes for an energetic brutal live experiance. and live shows are and have always been hardcore musics life force. lets be honest, most people just can't get into shai hulud or even misery signals because its too complicated at times and leads to too many kids standing around at shows.

this is a great disc, more produced, so far a little less catchy than the last record, but all in all, pretty much what i want to hear from these guys

i know this album is very generic but i just unexplainably love it, especially "chrono" good song.

There previous album was more fun to listen than this, I think. Seeing these guys with the Mongoloids in about two weeks. Pretty stoked.

I understand disliking bands because they're not very talented or bring anything new to the table, but is that so bad? I like these guys, simply because they just make heavy metalcore FOR FUN. You know, like what we listen to music for in the first place?

these guys are talented. hardcore, or metalcore, is the "in" form of heavy music right now. and yes not every band in said genres is redifining music as we know it, but this genre of music is head and shoulders above the Nu Metal movement, in terms of technical ability required to be in a signed band. back in the NU metal hey day, you could have extremely nominal musical prowess and still be in a touring signed band. Coal Chamber anyone?

For this type of music, I feel like they are actually passionate about what they do. The lyrics are pretty decent, practically a masterpiece compared to most of their contemporaries.

I still find myself coming back to this more than I ever thought I would be. I thought I went through my Hatebreed phase and never looked back.
