I mean it gets me in the heart area obviously. Hold Your Colour makes me feel.

It's pretty devoid of any emotion.

Maybe if you're counting shameless mainstream, money grabbing capitalism, then it's filled to the brim with emotion.

I'm not really hearing anything else on the charts thats like these guys, so I'm not sure where the whole 'mainstream, capitalism' thing is coming from.

They've taken drum & bass, and tried to put it into the mainstream. which is fine, except they're not going about in the best way. Both 'Watercolour' & 'Propane Nightmares' are way too mainstream swinging for their own good

This review reflects my views on the album pretty well. I think it gives it a little to much credit to some of the tracks though. Salt in the wounds was rubbish, I mean it was really bad.

I am a huge Pendulum fan. I loved Hold Your Colour and In Silico. To hear them produce rubbish like this breaks my heart.

I genuinely enjoy that track. Also I spent a bit more time talking about it in this review than some of the tracks simply because it sets the album up quite nicely, and also gives an indication as to the overall sound of the album i.e it don't sound like In Silico

What's everyone's take on Self vs Self? I think it's a pretty standard In Flames track and wonder why on earth it's on this album. It's more like In Flames feat. Pendulum, than Pendulum feat. In Flames! Anyways, 'The Island' and 'Witchcraft' are rather good.
