Every song on here is quaint to an absurd degree, but none of it feels naive or forced. That's the best explanation I can give as to how an album of songs that tread into nursery rhyme territory works sooooooo damn well

It's a very pretty and soothing album, that's for sure. But I honestly find this a little dull and uninteresting. It's fine when listening to individual songs, but the whole album experience is a chore to get through. Still though, this hits me in the feels.

love “glow worms”: rare song that radiates a love of nature, the natural world, the environment that surrounds one etc. but also clearly of another individual person as well. very moving

Every song here is so quietly otherworldly, like the first moments of falling asleep
