Well actually I should've phrased that as professional critics, but I've read/seen a lot of reputable critics from magazines/blogs/documentaries talk about the live show aspect when pertaining to an album

Oh I know, its all good. Thanks again for the tips and stuff....like I said this was a bad one, but its already been shit on (rightfully so) but I'll still make changes to it and stuff. And I think my review for the Counting Crows was way better, but I wanted to try and find a new writing format then basically a track by track review

Too short, weak arguments

a 5/5 album and then you say the main pro is "its catchy"

About the live aspect:
You're reviewing this album so the average Joe will know what it sounds like and what makes it worth a 5. If I bought this cd,
found songs I thought were filler tracks, but saw them live and thought they were full of energy and awesome, that doesn't
change the fact that while listening to this album those tracks were fillers.

and yeah, concentrate on your reasoning behind a classic much more as that's the actual point of the review.

good point convict, but if your going to buy an album I'd expect you to listen to it more than once...because before my album rating for this was just a 3.5, but after I saw them live and re-listened to it a few times it just grew exponentially on me. It's just a fun album that I won't get sick of....and thats MY definition of a classic.

yeah, you talk too much about the band's image and you focus too much on the singer. personally i don't like the band, but if you give it 5/5 theres gotta be more there
