If anything, I'd say the reason this little shitter got a second album was because parents pre-teen daughters pissed and moaned until they finally just bought them this god awful piece of shit album...well, when if I ever end up a dad I'm going to torture my children by making them listen to music with substance instead of the latest bs. The decade of hating me will pay off for them in the long run so it's cool.

It sounds like his first album. I don't want to repeat my review of his other album, so I didn't go into too much detail; it's not like there's much to describe about this anyway.
When reviewing successive albums it is perfectly acceptable to repeat yourself. Classic Example: Mike Stagno's reviews of Iron Maiden. He uses virtually the same opening paragraph in every one of them, but everybody considers them good reviews. This is because every review should stand alone, the same with the album. When writing any review you should assume the reader knows nothing about the band. You can add references to the artist's previous works, but balance it out with descriptions of what the album sounds like in general.
