The jump in quality between this and ASCR is immense. Couple songs here bang but I find Brock's delivery borderline annoying and it falls way off after Bury Me Where I Fall.

I agree with the vocals, I think they’re unique but the nasally way he trails off on words can be a little much. I have the same problem with Daryl Palumbo sometimes.

Daryl drove me nuts from the beginning too, people worshipped him back then and I just couldn't handle it. Until Head Automatica's first album, it fuckin hit right on that one.

Anyone know if the the scream at the bridge of Bury Me Where I Fall is Brock or is that the Skinlab guy? Because that's one of the best fuckin' shrieks of the era lol.

lmao yeah sometimes Brock sounds like his mouth is filled with jello while he's singing. He does a great job being compelling when I often can't tell what he's saying.



Honestly he's gotta be one of the most unique rock vocalists I've ever heard.
