Certain tracks, like "Lake of Fire" are among Bathory's best IMO. It has some bad tracks tho, but it is overall forgettable. It feels like it was recorded on two seperate studio visits; one with a thrashy intention and the next with a slow Viking metal vibe.

The drumming is great, some of the solos are pretty good, and the guitar tone and some riffs are pretty good here, but it's inconsistent as fuck. That being said, a 1.6 average seems a bit low.

All the 1s are pretty harsh. I mean it's bad but it's not 1 worthy.
