Disinterment (Kris and Ryan's band before Darkest Hour) is also worth looking into as well.

wow nobody told me this is like the best melocore album ever lol. slaughter of the soul with breakdowns in its purest form. plus some punk/hardcore influence for good measure. so many fun catchy bouncey riffs and electric melodies while still being heavy. some really great harmonies like on the t/t. awesome raw vocals and the songwriting is really good, very memorable. and this raw kind of production is so good. everything i want in an early melocore album. legit might 5 this.
can’t believe i have never listened to them in full before this. might become a new all time fav lol.

this might be the one! surprised it isn’t hailed more. love how raw it is. this is what the revivalcore stuff is trying to sound like and not doing as good a job.

I have loved this album since day 1. So many incredible bangers on this.
This band was so much better before the Undoing Ruin change up. Deliver Us was good, though. And they tried to replicate THIS ALBUM with Human Romance to... mixed results. And just never put it together again afterward. I think they've got "some good tracks" in their later albums, even self titled, but nothing like the fury and the emotion of the first 3 albums.
