This is a joke...
Shouldn't have expected much with Timbaland as the producer...
My fault I guess.
$12 wasted.
At least the title song wasn't that bad.

Much better review then before. As long as you agree that this album sucks. I couldn't finish it.

There was a crappy review with mispelling and poor commentary before. It looks like they took it down.

I guess I'm basically by myself here. I love this album. The problem is people are used to the old Chris Cornell. I think if you forget you are listening to Chris Cornell, you can really enjoy the album. And nobody can deny the brilliant production job by Timbaland.

Cornell even has the balls to claim in an interview that this album will be widely appreciated in the years to come........I don't think so.

I know why there's no guitar (Well hardly) in this album.
He obviously smashed it.
See album cover.

Good review of the album, but what was the Pearl Jam comment for?
Still living on past glories? Not at all.

Tried that, and failed. The real problem is that the album sucks. As an album it just plain sucks.
With or without Cornell it would suck. It is a musical suck-a-thon. And its very hard to forget its
him anyway, the unmistakeable sound of his voice and his name on the album cover really give it away.

I have this crazy feeling that this album sucks.

Trust that feeling, do yourself a favour and NEVER listen to this

To quote Sam Jackson from Jackie Brown: "What the fuck happened to you, man? Shit, your ass used to be beautiful!"

this album gets way to much hate and i can see why, but you got to think this isn't chris with soundgarden and it's not trying to be it's chris being the legendary vocalist that he is and touching new ground and making a pop/r&b album.yes we would love him making music with sg again but that isn't happening no time soon or sadly maybe ever i hope not but i like the legacy that sg has left with so i wouldn't be too sad.but lighten up and take this as it is a great pop/r&b album and don't over analyze it.it sh*ts on any pop/r&b album that is being released these days.

I like it. I prefer this over yet another Audioslave record or Carry On-ish solo album. It's bit too long but there are good songs on this. Besides that I much rather listen mr. Cornell over Timbaland's beats than some whiny teenager like Rihanna.

You really made your first comment for this album? BTW Rihanna is 22.

@JWT155: Why not? My opinion on this album differs from most of the people and at the time it seemed like a good idea to share it. Not that anyone cares but Scream is not afwul, evil or anything like that. Oh and I knew that Rihanna is not teen as someone between 13-19. It's about comparison and this young adult has a long way to go to have a career like Chris Cornell do. And she is whiny and pretty much untolerable. As I'm getting older I'll be disrespectful to everyone younger than me :D
