I found a song on lastfm, thankfully, but fuck SOl until they make a myspace. The track on last fm, Centuries Of Human Filth has an opening riff that sounds like something that would open up "The Crow." Mind you that's a great thing. Draven falling down from the sky to blade the dread locked guy. Song then grates my attention span like a cat clawing away at an exposed nerve. Not sure if you'd like this, judging from your ratings doom isn't really something you listen to, but you do have a couple of highly rated bands such as Sunn O))) which suggest you could enjoy Sol.

i really didn't expect to like it either, and i've only given it very short listens so far. i've got a friend really into stuff like this so i asked him about it and he seemed to be under the impression i should listne to some other doom bands first. so i've restricted myself to the first three tracks or so, though one of 'em has a very cool marching beat :pThis Message Edited On 12.06.08

yeah, Boginki, fucking awesome track. This can be a lot to take on if you're not into the genre, but personally I think there shouldn't be much of a problem as long as you're comfortable with harsh vocals and slower tempos, which I think you are.

THe vocals in Boginki are insane.
Ive been having a really hard time with doom but so far this is sounding pretty good (only at track 3)
