I remember Hummer was used on a promo for Skins back in the day and I thought ‘that’s a quirky little tune, I bet it’s their best song by a mile and they won’t repeat that magic’… then they dropped a whole album of this gold!

Been meaning to check this band out for ages, since they seemed to be right up my street. Great debut to be fair! I was a bit put off by the vocals in the first couple of tracks but then Red Socks came on and I 'got' it. The moodier tracks are what I love most on this album. I think it could benefit with a bit more variety, but their sound is interesting enough to keep my attention. Definitely getting Bloc Party vibes on this, for sure! Can't wait to hear more.
