Nah, every paragraph is talking about one or more of the tracks and how they sound. It's a pretty simplistic review, but it seems to me like he let this album work on him for quite some time and just wanted to get out how he felt about it as concisely as possible and I think he mostly succeeded.

those are my two favorite tracks. lotus eater is pretty good as well, but i just prefer the earlier albums.
