Apparently the rumor of that name came from some independent music website in the UK that put the album up for preorder or something with that name, no tracklist or artwork, and a release date of November 22nd.
I don't know what to believe anymore. Until the band actually announces it I'm not believing it.

Re: Bob the drummer, I think it may have been a bit of this & a bit of that. It was never made clear. But he missed a lot of dates because of a sore wrist & there were reports it would adversely effect his drumming long-term.
