Neither. Along with Jet Pilot, they're the mediocre songs of the album in my opinion. The rest of the tracks, however, are truly invincible. Favourites are Needles and ATWA

yeh i'm like bungalow, i never used to like them but now i love them. this album is definetly one of my favourites. pyscho is a fantastic song.

JonBT who ever you are i totally agree with you!! i personally think mezmerised sucked..i heard all the songs to much and it soumded different from there old shit. Hypnotize is still pretty good i like shes like herion on that cd its great. toxicity is great

Having been a fan of soad since toxicity came out, i think it's safe to say i am one of their biggest fans, and people reading this, u shud listen to me when i say this album is definetly the best they have made so far!
From start to finish, each song is classic, old school, whatever you wanna call it, soad!
Prison song is by far not well known to the mainstream music fan, but it is by far the best track on the album! Most 'wannabe' fans will opt for chop suey, and while that song is great, prison song is pure old school metal, and it also annoys america, something which i, as someone who hates government, love doing
Aerials is a different touch, a little more soft than the others, yet when it belts into the chorus, you realise that this is the band you want to be listening to in ten years time
Long may system of a down rule over the world of heavy metal, and may all who cover their songs badly be shot down in flames(That's u avril lavigne)

amazing album..best ever of theirs. they wont ever reach this again. SOAD is starting to sell out, but where can they go? nowhere. this has always been a problem with bands. they dont know where to stop so they try new sounds and usually they suck. but anyways. great album, great band.

I love SOAD. Isn't their best, but with a debut album like they had, it's damn near impossible to get back to that. Also, Chop Suey! is one of my favorite songs, and I've been a SOAD fan as long as you. So how am I a 'wannabe' fan?
Needles, Chop Suey!, and Shimmy are my favorites from this album.

"I'm better than you idiot, because I've liked them for longer. You wannabes, I liked them before they were cool. I hate George Bush! Blah, blah, blah." You're all so trendy, aren't you? So rebellious and cool! And can we please move on from the "I hate the government" thing. It's a tired old bandwagon that many young people still insist on jumping on. It's called conformity, you know, and System Of A Down actually preach against it.
Oh yeah, I like this album but not as much as the first.

Great review.Soad's best album.Every song is different and creative!I agree they will never top this 'monster' album......their not even close with Hypnotize and Mesmerize!

I REALLY THINK THAT S.O.A.D ROCKS. THEY ALWAYS PLAY MUSIC THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO BANG YOUR HEAD UP AND DOWN. IN THIS ALBUM, IT SHOWS HOW REALLY ROCKISH THEY CAN GET.

the intros all sound the same as do the heavy riffs. the only person in the band that has talent is the singer.
