I'm actually not a fan of my old reviews. Eventually, I'm gonna go back and re-write them.

Do you not like em cause they're too long? I think they're excellent but I like your newer ones cause they are really easy to digestThis Message Edited On 09.24.05

They just don't seem like good reviews to me, and they're so freakin' long. Perhaps it's me being too harsh on myself.

I seriously listened to this album 4 times all the way through yesterday, and I just started up on it again. I don't think it can ever get old. Such a classic album.

Don't send the whole thing to him, he should pay for it and support the band. Send him a sample song or something.

Yeah, good idea. If I had to pick one song to send though, it would be Bleak. :thumb:

im really not a fan of death metal. mainly because all the death metal albums i've heard involve screaming crap like "DIE DIE DIE MF'er" and stuff like that. but Opeth...not only can i actually stand to listen to, but this album is one hell of an epic. from beginning to end this album takes you on a trip. god for bid you listen to this while high on a halucinating drug, then you're in for a ride. anyway, this album is excellent in every meaning of the word. "Patterns in the Ivy" is a great song. especially for Opeth. However "Blackwater Park" is honestly one of the best representations of this band i've ever seen.

I've really grown to love this. Harvest is the most incredible thing I've heard, but every song adds greatly to the feel of the album.

That struck a wrong chord with me. Obviously, you need more education and depth on the genre.

Four.

I've grown to love this less than before, but for now I think it can still pass with a four.

I only have a single mind, and I guess as a result don't like this album.
