could never get into this. it sounded like it would be great, with cornell singing backed by the rhythm section of rage against the machine, but i just found it boring. maybe i should revisit its been a while but it didnt do much

Don't bother this is closer to a 2.5 and than a 3.5 for me, if I could Staff rate, it'd be a 2.8 or something.

Yeah this band has a couple of excellent tracks but their albums in full aren't that great.

This is patchy but excellent in places. Cochise is a monster track.

Plus this aged pretty well, didn't enjoy it that much when it came out.

songs like Cochise and Show Me How to Live would sound like pure Rage Against the Machine without Cornell singing over them. I love Cornell's work with Soundgarden and Temple of the Dog, but he was easily the weakest link here.

whole album is great but Show Me How To Live and Gasoline are the classics
|

First half of this rules, second not so much. Inconsistent like all of their albums, this one has the better highlights though imo.

Check Down on the Upside instead
Also you probably know Like a Stone

Both soundgarden and rage are so much better than this band, they have some good singles though.
