This band is now 1 of the 2 Deathcore bands that i actually enjoy.

this has worn off a bit, but it's still a fun listen. definitely a guilty pleasure of mine.

The Solo On "AoA" Is Pretty Awesome. Very Melodic.

There's no doubt AoA is a great song, easily their best. This is still a guilty pleasure of mine too, its good driving music. If they ditched their hardcore crap (which ain't happeing ever, but I can dream) they'd be a pretty good band.

I take back everything bad i said about Winds of Plague, I decided to actually download this album and listen to it at home instead of in the car blasting at super high volumes with the bass cranked up, and i really like it. Granted, i like their old stuff from a cold day in hell better.

If it wasn't for the two really gratuitous breakdowns in Anthems of Apocalypse (the steady quarter note chug one and the NOT TODAY MOTHERFUCKER one), that song would be one of the best songs of the year. It's such a shame. The rest of that song is soooooo good.

I downloaded it too, deleted it in record time. Wouldn't be too suprised if my friends like them, they all play Nickleback like it's going out of style. In short, this record sucks the cack and Burn In Silence is where it's at.

Pretty awful album overall, save for those two songs which I like.

I don't know why I said that but my friends love generic metalcore, preferably christian so I'm not suprised if they love these guys instantly. Has anyone checked out BIS yet, fuck.This Message Edited On 05.19.08

not actually a big fan of the record but i recommend you see them live. Its so epic, it feels like your about to fight a dragon or storm a castle or something else you would see in the lord of the rings.
