guitar solo isn't great but it's not bad.

I'm just putting this out there; Street0cross's soundoff on this is pathetic.

It's such an Epic Failure, I'll try to read your soundoff, but right now I am standing by that opinion.

Okay, I read you're soundoff, and it pretty much says two things: Mr. Hahn is everywhere, and the drummer steps up. I disagree with the later, it doesn't really sound like he's stepping up, it's more like just doing what average drummers do, keep rhythm. The sad thing about the album is that the bass is audible, just to show how much Phoenix sucks at bass. Horrible guitar work (No More Sorrow and pretty much every other track with guitar) with wack rapping (Hands Held High and pretty much every other track with Shinoda) make this an unbearable release. This Message Edited On 05.29.08

Not worth a 5,man.Sorry but everyone who knows Linkin Park and rock music in general knows that this is a mediocre album (at best) in terms of what LP are capable of.Giving this album a 5 makes it look a tad fanboyish,y'know? But in fairness it is pretty okay-written.

Their worst and softest album in my opinion but ironically it also has their best (What I've Done) and heaviest (Given Up,No More Sorrow) songs...

just to add some support to your opinion on the album, it took me ages to get into it, but i love it now, with the exceptions of valentines day and in between (although the latter is not too bad)

i like it when someone writes a review with pure passion for an album they like, so good job
