i love his voice, excellent range. catchy, interesting guitar bits.



its not anything specific about chiodos that's original. take everything apart its pretty much the same. put it together, their sound creates something very unique.



i like chiodos. if you dont, fine by me. i hate how everything on this site has to turn into a fight. part of what i love about music is that everyone has a different opinion and feeling and is free to make music they love and enjoy, and free to listen to what they want. so if someone doesnt want to listen to chiodos, not that big a deal. and vice versa

To me this CD shows artistic progression in the vein of Thrice. They had their rather hardcore days and now they're ready to make more mature songs that explore other avenues. Definitely one of my favorites from 2007 despite the initially annoying theatrics they have added.
