Yeah, Wilson is capable of writing incredible lyrics. Just like Dustin Kensrue.

Signify is also twenty times more boring, and less poignant with its lyrical messages in my opinion.

Is this post a joke? I mean, seriously. This Message Edited On 11.30.07

I don't really like Signify much. Out of all the PT albums I've heard that's the one I like least.

Well Kage I don't know if this is my favourite PT album (Stupid Dream and In Absentia are amazing records), but I just really really like this. Is there something wrong with that?

Kage, I know you think your right, considering you have probably been listening to these guys far longer than us metalheads, but this is seriously their best album to date (and its because they have stretched their influences out into the metal realm with this one!).

I've given this some more playing time and I really can't see what the big deal is. To me, this is typical ''progressive rock'' in that it isn't that progressive. They didn't really make much progress in terms of songwriting from their last albums, and it's pretty boring a lot of the time.

if this kind of music isn't your cup of tea, then sure... but if it is... JACKPOT.

I like some of their other material just fine, it's this album specifically.

hm, then i'm not sure what it is. I loved this as much as In Absentia and Lightbulb Sun, so I guess it just depends on your expectations.

They did indeed, but I found it was only two tracks on that album. This album has so many heavier riffs. I could almost say this is their heaviest album to date.
