Maybe it helps if we keep bumping it. Let's help it escape obscurity!

I've tried giving this several chances since I first heard it but this thing blows. Just a long-winded and dry bore that embodies all the worst aspects of early '00s faux prog metal.

:-(

Perfect from start to finish to me. Can't and won't stop listening.

Actually I know why. The riffs are very good but some are very 4. And then there is a saxophone somewhere and I am seriously allergic to those.

Oof, yeah, I can see that would hurt. Riffs indeed rule!

Haha yeah, I know the feeling. Especially on User Lists this would be a great feature.

Did you ever listen to this Demon?

Nope, which is why I need to unsubscribe. Maybe I should just check it to make the thread less redundant, that was probably the initial intention.

When I checked this morning (so overnight, for me) 30(ish) threads had been bumped on my feed, that's insane. I looked through the ones I cared about, but so many I hadn't even heard, or listened to once & forgot about. Stupid Demon.

Totally get it man. I've been here for exactly one year now, and I already have this happening to me. Very annoying.

This is worth a spin though. Some great riffs, organ is very tastefully done, and they even rip off Portishead at one point (at 44.25). Which track does that remind you of?

Metal band rips of Portishead, erm... that's interesting, well at least my curiosity is piqued now, haha.

YES! That was what I was aiming for, haha!

I'm curious whether you hear it too. It always bugged me when spinning this a lot back in the day. It's from a track from the 1997 s/t.

Haha, yeah, every stretch brings something delish to the table. Great record.

Except for you, because when the saxophone enters you're off, right? I remember you being allergic to those.
