these guys bring shame to what some bands make so awesome. They almost cancel out what Bleeding Through, KsE, Unearth, such like that make great. This is really what metalcore is becoming. Every piece of metalcore trash (Ahem Trivium, ahem Bullet for My Valentine, ahem ahem) sounds like this garbage

Wow man, you keep on listing bands I hate and A7X is metal double pedal and chainsaw guitars aren't very punk.
Bands I like:
Lilitu, A7X,Blood Promise,Children of Bodom,and a little Atreyu

amazing band. i wouldnt say melodic metal. that would be stuff like green carnation and that sorta stuff. TBDM is Death Metal and Metalcore. Deathcore. Kinda like Through The Eyes of the Dead

COME ON! Atreyu best of? Other than bleeding mascara and a few other songs that manage to do a half decent imitation of 'true' emo, they really suck. Of course, if all their songs sounded like Bleeding Mascara, they might be a half decent band. The vocalist's screaming is dead on in that song and the guitar work is both emotional and decently technical. With everything else its just a piss poor imitation of metallic guitar work with inane screaming that sounds like a turd looks.
