Because even if $0.005 goes to an artist per stream, that's still money you're giving them, thus supporting them, giving them that platform. So even listening to them is ethically wrong right? And then that goes for any artist that has ever done something wrong—it's pretty much ethically wrong to stream any artist that has done harm

Streaming pays them some money yes, but that’s not quite the same as touring. It’s not just about money to me personally. Touring is where he stewarded and maintained his relationships and how he met these minors in the first place. As a consumer I don’t think he should be given that platform. Like an artist needs listeners to tour—they're only touring because people listen to them. just listening to an artist is giving them their platform, whether it's a literal stage or not. but i definitely understand your point anyway.
