I don't necessarily think it's "hot" (I only brought it up because it's pretty much in direct opposite to a guitar person's opinion) but it's also absolutely not the consensus if you look at both critic and audience scores of the albums online.
THE BENDS is as good album. A really good one, at times. But it's also Radiohead's most undeservedly jerked-off album for some reason that still eludes me.

just cause it utilizes that 90s alt rock sound pretty well while still being a Radiohead album
it has Fake Plastic Trees though which is like bottom tier RH
