Especially for those of you hating on their live performance, here's their full set from Rock am Ring and they really locked in https://youtu.be/RcfTAPeCakQ?si=Nr_8DRu99X0W0Jq8
Soft Spine into No Loss, No Love is hard af. The entire setlist is way slanted towards their heavy stuff, which is a little surprising at a more mainstream festival, but I'm glad they did.

I'm gonna be honest, I've maybe listened to this album once or twice since release but this really didn't stick with me.
They gave a damn good performance when I saw them live in January, though.

Can't get over Courtney's scream in the RaR performance when she says Soft Spine is for everyone she hates. That and the banshee vocals during Holy Roller might be the best screams I've ever heard er do.
Anyway, despite not being into it as much at first, I find myself coming back to this still. Soft Spine in particular is just too good

Band is a sellout, just chasing every popular trend that comes along

Less of an issue if it's well executed. If it is.
The only songs here I care to come back to are Soft Spine and Ride the Wave, that's a low score compared to Eternal Blue.

Perfect Soul is the clear highlight for me. Album is pretty strong but it definitely didn't blow me away

They keep getting better, like this one much better than Eternal Blue

I'm not a super big fan of the production on this for some of the heavier tracks. You can barely hear the clean guitar in Fatty Morgan.

He buries his leads a lot and frankly I hate it

Drives me fucking crazy. Boring shit way up front, interesting stuff is straight up hiding in the mix.

Soft Spine and A Haven With Two Faces are the only two I come back to regularly

Needs more math. This is a reference to the bands beginning not the daoboys album

Best tracks are still Perfect Soul and Person named Morgan with the large Gluteus Maximus.
