Agreed. Like lmao. Joni Mitchell is a whole different universe. These instrumentals are well produced but fairly milquetoast. Taylor's voice is pretty but the lyrics and melodies she delivers are pretty meh. Joni's chord progressions are very musical and dramatic, and lyrically she's a poet. Just the title track on Blue slaughters this whole album.
