It's really interesting but I'm a bit disappointed honestly that it doesn't have any big guitars. Would've loved the orchestral bits to be mixed with the metal, but this sounds cool too

Colins pretty fine here, mass 4 or 5 arent as clean or polished as this one. I think Colins anguished vocals are a big part of what makes this band a miss for a lot of people

Colins anguished vocals are a big part of what makes this band a miss for a lot of people'
absolutely Ive had friends over the years that said the same but when its clicked its clicked. Like thats not a style, forced, hes had to earn those vox. They definitely became more popular after 'a solitary reign' and a lot of that was because people could access through the cleans also and thats my LEAST fave thing about modern day amenra if you will. I used to love the kinda broken ,whisper style cleans but the higher forceful ,cresendo ones I dont get a long with at all. When I first became aware of them in early 2000 they toured with Starkweather (a phenomenal band)coincidently the same thing used to happen so many didnt/dont get on with Rennies vox at all. I do get it in regards to Amenra but Ive always loved Colins voice.
