I like Ascension as a whole but I hate the by-the-numbers mainstream hip-hop stuff that goes from about :50 to 1:02. I know it's not much of the song but bleh, it feels so lazy and it hurts the song imo
There's a few other songs that have phoned-in parts like that as well. Album could have used a little more time.

I feel like, when you offer so much shit with the release of your album, it shows just how not confident you are with the product. Like, shit, have the resolve to stand by your product and the decisions you made. If someone wants to come around later and remix it or, years later, you want to revisit it that's fine. But when you have a product as shakey as "Humanz" was it really goes to show how little faith you have in its completion as an artist.
