Great review with Strong arguments I really see where you are comming from. I agree this was Jon's weakest album but I think Tillian Swan and Matt made up for it with some of their best work . This album grew on me as dgd albums always do . Give it about 7 to10 listenstens before you make your decision about how you feel

"Summertime Gladness" took awhile to grow on me, but I love it now. It's more fun and playful than anything here (I guess except "Flossie Dickey Bounce") which is nice. I'd like for them to change it up a bit, but I love their sound so I'm not too worried about disliking anything that's stylistically similar to this.
