2009 was the last really great year for metal prior to this one. In between we've had a lot of good stuff but not the same kind of volume in any given year.
I agree though, I haven't found much stuff outside of metal that I love this year. It's ok though, because we were due. Last year didn't really have a ton to offer.

Good, I was worried I was missing out on something.
And I said this before in another thread, but my past two weeks at the gym have consisted of 99.999% this album, the other .001% is when my headphones fell off during squats and I had to listen to whatever radio shit they had on at my gym.
