One of the best records of the decade in my eyes. They find a great balance between their contemperary indie bands but also incorporating a lot of alt rock guitar riffs/styles in the vein more of the Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox Twenty and Third Eye Blind.
Wish they would have went more in that direction, because I find their more mellow Real Estate style of music very underwhelming compared to this.
