Well yes, that's kind of true. This was hyped by many publications and certain famous artists in the UK when it was released and people were tricked into believing it's a special Ae record. The cool boys were already worshipping Amber and Tri Repetae as works of supreme art by the time this new wave of not so informed Ae fans was artificially generated. This is a great enough record, it contains some spicy technical ideas here and there, but doesn't have much artistic vision and creative energy behind it, objectively.
