I didn't say that's what it means I said, or at least I meant, that the word "prog" has rightly or wrongly become nothing more than an adjective for music (including metal) with prog elements.
I'm asking if he listens to prog rather than metal music that has just been described as such simply because it has elements that are synonymous with the prog movement. Both my posts were related in the that sense and not contradictory.
