Hahahahaha I should reword that above and say 'from the two tracks I've heard'. This simply doesn't compare to those tracks though.

I heard the entire album was leaked last week from a friend. I don't know how true this is because I enjoy waiting for a release date. How is it by the way, I know your review is going to own big time!

Thanks for that clarification. I'm not up to date on my copy protection strategies seeing as how I'm a fan of music who can wait for the album to come out. My album collection is huge and I can safely say that I don't illegally download ever.

This album jumped up an entire point for me today.

I think this is a pretty great album. It occasionally gets a little bit samey and bland, but it's overall very good. A huge turn around from their early, punkier days.



I have to say though, I don't like their lyrics one bit. I understand the concept of the album fine, but it's all hidden behind metaphors. It's annoying. I'm not criticizing the use of metaphors, but there's just too many in their lyrics that sometimes I'd just like the band to be straight with me.

Of course it's metaphorical, what else would it be? The entire album is an allegory for their beliefs and ideologies. That's like hating Animal Farm because it's a fable.
