Even the t/t is average at best... Never understood the praise it gets.

I love the title track tbh. It builds so nicely, its reminds me a little of stuff like Finally Free. It's really driving and satisfying, unlike most of the other tracks on here. I enjoy the album time to time though

Listening to this for the first time and wondering why it's so hated compared to the early stuff. Seems a lot more accessible and less wanky, no?

Panic Attack rules.
Nothing on Systematic Chaos is worth jamming.

This album is the bridge from good DT to bad DT. It's not as hated as their newer stuff.

this record is quite decent yeah, maybe a little too much alt rock, but tracks like Panic Attack slam

It's a good collection of songs overall, but songs just don't work that well. For example: I like I Walk Beside You overall, but the chorus just okay and the key change doesn't work in LaBrie's favour. Never Enough is just plain boring and doesn't do anything for me

The title track blows everything else out of the water. Top 3 DT song.

Unfortunately boring and uninspired are the best words to describe this as a whole.

I honestly think The Answer Lies Within is a nice song, really good. It's one of the better songs on here imo

In replacement, they bore you to death instead or make you wince with cringe.
