I never liked the mood change in "the new" honestly. I think it was a fine emotional song till it reaches to the hectic instrumental.

That change actually makes the song a 5/5 for me. It’s a totally different approach than any other song on the record.

I used to dislike the mood change as well, but now I've just accepted it as part of the song after listening so many times
