They don't regard themselves as a NSBM anymore, but they still played far-right leaning music fests until quite recently. They still regard themselves as "nationalist" as far as I know.
Anyway, this album is superb. If the music is all you care about, you'll most likely find something to like here.

No idea, I'm curious myself. All I know is that last.fm erased their page from their site on racism allegations. Funny thing is that they haven't banned all those shitty metal bands singing about cannibalism, human sacrifice and church arson.
