A 70 minute guitar solo wouldn't be enough. Colors would still be more amazing.
Next there will be a 4-CD package. All one giant solo. And then they will go on tour and play it live. Uncut. No breaks. It will be incredible, to say the least.

I think they can, I don't want to say outdo Colors, but write an album that will satisfy as a follow-up. They've only gotten better, and I don't see any reason why they would slow down.

I honestly have no clue how they're going to properly follow this album.

There are many things they can improve on. Clean vocals could use a fine tuning, get rid of a few of the breakdown sections, integrate some of their polarized ideas better, etc. Sorry, just had to be devils advocate for a second.

I look forward to all the breakdown sections... work on them harsh vocals too. Maybe a little variation on that would be nice.

Geez am I the only person that thinks there is absolutely nothing wrong with Tommy's vocals?

I can play the solo on "Selkies" at about 2/3s speed well. I need to do some metronome training. Then I move onto "White Walls."
