WP > SNW > S/T > DE > ATF > KNY > Gore > Adr

Gore has some stellar tracks but I'd really inconsistent. Gore, acid, Rubicon, and p/t are some of their best but I don't care for the rest

art has the gayest rating for this, oh well

Right? Seriously, how is this not a 4+? Album is so consistent

ehh, not too huge on these guys' formula in general
|
| |
Album Rating: 5.0
Their music is formulaic, but I think they do it better than anyone else in the genre
|
| |
Album Rating: 5.0
they're proof that the formula works if you have the right elements

Album Rating: 4.0
it's really hard for me not to concede with this one as their best
it's the atmospherics of SNW + the couple before it with the focused attack of ATF or to a lesser extent White Pony
if this isn't my favorite it's definitely my most-listened to of theirs

The only thing I really, but REALLY HATE about this album is the slipknot-esque endings in most of the songs such us the title track. It doesn't fix the context of the song by any means.

we must have gotten different albums, I don't think I've ever heard this Slipknot Endings version!

Chino might thought that the album could have been easily confused by an APC album, if they didn't add those annoying "over the top of heaviness" endings in the songs.
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.0
I mean slipknot because of how heavy the song ends.

I know it's not the best example but you get the idea clearly.

Yeah the end of Royal is hair-raising and the way it transitions into Command/Control is pretty good shit.
|
| |
and then Command/Control hits soooo hard
