In all seriousness, I think it's impossible for anyone to like only non-problematic musicians. Someone you like will do something you disagree with whether in real life or an artist you fuck with. It really comes down to what you can personally forgive or look past. In a case like Lacey, I think some accountability would go a long way before many accept him back in the public eye.

Fortunate enough to have seen Brand New live at least 10 times now, including their "final" (lol) tour in '17. So I will likely pass on this considering (1) I usually hate going to concerts these days unless it's boring sad-dad music, (2) Brand New fans are, as a whole, extremely obnoxious, (3) the price is likely to be far higher than I'd be willing to pay to see them for the umpteenth time.

But having said all that, I am moderately excited/hopeful that this will ultimately lead to new music.

And yes, the French pronunciation of Detroit is "day-twah" but it just so happens we are not in France and if you were to pronounce it that way to any of the locals here they would strangle you on the spot. Head down, straight to your destination, keep pace.
