i def think finn is easily one of the better youtubers in the space, politics aside lmao
he def tries to talk about things beyond his wheelhouse at many points, and quite a lot of his videos anymore seem like wikipedia read alongs... but i think his more music-business minded videos and his podcast is the best content you'll find from any of these guy's. feel like his life experience is pretty unique for someone who cares so much about the style of music he covers and gives him a different perspective on a lot of things

I mean I'm not really that left politically anymore (nor am I very Right), but yeah I agree that Blaire is pretty much trash.
Although, many of my favorite youtubers have had people on that I find absolutely reprehensible so if I was going to go by that standard, I wouldn't watch like anyone lol
But I guess everyone has a different line - I can still listen to Neurosis for some reason, but I haven't listened to Daughters since all of that stuff came out about the lead singer and their last album was my aoty for the year it came out.
I also threw out my Kanye albums (didn't even want to give them to friends because I didn't even want to know who would take them) but I'm sure there are other hip hop albums I have from awful people.

I don’t really watch a lot of different youtubers or podcasts, I have a core few that I’ve kinda gravitated towards for a while now and none of them have really done anything that makes me not want to support them. With Finn I’m kinda looking in from the outside, was never a fan, so seeing that he had someone like that on is enough for me to not be interested.
But I’m so with you on the Neurosis/Daughters thing. I never really stopped listening to Neurosis, but with Daughters I literally haven’t listened to them in years at this point. And I think it’s because Kristin is such a recognizable figure in her own right, it makes what Alexis did seem worse.
Which is just kinda a moral inconsistency on my part. I’m sure Scott Kelly is a piece of shit in his own way, but when I see that a musician I like literally r*ped another musician I like, it hits a little different.

Bryan is one of the most unique vocalists I've ever heard (and one of my fav core vocalists of all time). He definitely makes this band special, but without him they would still slay hard. Every single instrument and the overall production/tone is just perfect and very distinct. GOAT band
