Despite the emberishfire intro, the song completely hooked me up. Loved the main lead and riffs. Also the changing of pace during the chorus added an extra flavor. Really excited to when the whole thing drops.

At least this seems to have a million times better production than Tragic Idol did. I really hated the production on that one with a passion, that and the pretty bad vocal delivery, strained as fuck. That seems to be a tad better here too.

I think Darker Thoughts is a massively better opener. Don't feel they're very comparable in quality. Not feeling the new song. All the bells and whistles are there, but almost feels like there's no weight or emotion to it. Hopefully I'll turn around on it when the actual album drops
