Nothing is worse than that nu-metal metalcore shit with the constant over editing effect thing on the guitar like that artificial killswitch thing

I liked Wovenwar but it felt a bit forced, like these guys needed to have a band and work. First album was literally just softer AILD and the second one was kinda generic modern metalcore. They had no real identity of their own. Both albums were fine but I wouldn't expect a comeback anytime soon.

Tim released a statement and it’s everything but juicy. No real details. New album out in a couple weeks and Tim is continuing the band and looking for new members. Lol

We live in an age where you can just pretend things didn't happen, even things you said live on TV. He's not going anywhere. And there will be people lined up for days to get the gigs in this band.

Recency bias is insane, drives me crazy but you see it with basically every band, even ones that go to shit. "Wow, they just keep getting better!" Not at all surprised that the newer stuff has more listens.

Listening to the new album now and it's a lot better than this.

So his reason everyone left was because of rumors circulating around him being a sketchball despite the fact those rumors didn’t start circulating until people started leaving? Let’s see how this works out for him

I am surprised there's still interest in this band and Linkin Park's new music in 2024

Whole thread is just gonna be clowning on Tim (and rightfully so) but the new album is actually pretty good and in fact better than this
