I'll try it out but I usually don't dig instrumental bands - always sounds like there is something missing to me

this does a fairly solid job of filling that void, it's pretty complex

I don't know why everyone calls this an instrumental album. You all just refuse to accept that their new vocalist is Natalie Portman. Just listen to the end of Balboa

As amazing as this is instrumentally I can’t help but feel like it’d only be enhanced by some good vocals

This is overrated, but at least it’s better than Limp Bizkit.

It's an underground-ish instrumental metal band that has 30k fans on FB, how's this overrated?

Like jeez mongi their playing is absolutely out of this world https://www.facebook.com/NightVerses/videos/2393351384012562/

this is a step and a half above most everybody else. great progression and songstructures. excellent hard and soft parts. puts AAL and periphery to shame

It doesn't matter how their playing is, it just comes down to how it all sounds so I don't think showing their abilities is a good counter. But agreed that this can't really be considered overrated, Mongi probably only meant overrated on this site though.

I was mesmerized by that Copper Wasp playthrough and watched it on loop for about an hour.

They were just as incredible live and very humble down to earth guys.

Liked this on first listen. Sense room for this to grow. It normally takes a lot for me to take interest in instrumental music so they are doing well to lure me in this far.

The soft parts are oddly my favorite here. Such delicate guitarwork
