That may be a bit unfair luci, though it's interesting that RYM aslo rates this lowest. I see what you mean though, The Albatross is a bit more amateurish in spots and relies a bit too much on "rawness" while Nearer My God is kind of overblown.

Nearer My God was the clear standout for me at one point but I think their emo side aged better. I'm really curious as to which direction they will go with their next album.

really appreciating Indica more than I ever have.
I still love NMG but it grew off me a bit as opposed to this which keeps getting better and might be their best.
