I could never get into Whenever, If Ever minus Getting Sodas. That song is unreal

This isn’t as soppy as the other stuff. The older stuff along with 90% of all this similar guff is so fucking see through. The affectation on the vocals trying to convey ‘hurt’ and being ‘isolated’ like a 12 year old girl whose bought her first pair of converse all stars trying her best to slouch in a seat to look ‘moody’

Fuck off with your bullshit.

Alright, what they should do is strip back production to nothing but electronic beats and have some pissed-off English guy shout some stuff. 5/5 record there we go

Halfway through the new one. It's good. Gram was amazing. Don't see it topping this so far though

3 amazing closers in a row. No surprise there. Not as good as the past 2 but still a great song.

Gram and Marine Tigers are incredible songs. I like the rest, though nothing else has stuck out to me. It is a lot more unassuming compared to this album, however, so I'm willing to bet it'll grow quite a bit.

This album is so damn scattershot, there's no continuity or flow literally at all

Definitely why I prefer the new one

Really? I feel the exact opposite. January 11 - Ra Patera Dance flows very well imo.

New album is good but this one is far superior

The vocals on Future and the fact that it doesn't really build into anything hold it back from being an outstanding track. It's good but nothing exceptional

I'm not digging the new one at all. And this record was a love-at-first-listen for me.

middle of Always Foreign kinda floated in one ear and out the other and neither it nor this gave me the same immediate sensation of greatness as Whenever did, but this one was a solid grower and I get the same vibes from the new one

I think the vocals on The Future are better than usual, sound much fuller than his usually very thin tone and I think the chorus is phenomenal

I think Always Foreign picked up for me once Gram came on. I really like every track from then on.

I'll Make Everything is now in my top 5 songs from the band, I love The Future, and Faker is kinda boring but I think the ending of it is just incredible
