I'm seeing them in Seattle on October 13th.

I saw them last on their Cities tour in 2007. I was 13 or 14, I don't recall - and I turn 21 on the 13th.

And away goes Anberlin, neatly packaged with my developmental years to their final (American) day, into the dark recesses of my iTunes. may the nostalgia give it many more years of life

Don't worry they'll make a comeback album when they're all 47 years old.

I haven't listened to this in a month and I don't feel compelled to so I lowered my rating.

There are plenty of 5's and 4.5's I have that I don't listen to monthly, hell, some I haven't listened to in a year or so, nor do I plan to listen to them anytime soon unless I feel the calling.

Agreed, some things are only good in a certain moods. A lot of my 5s are way better in winter (usually indie stuff)

If I listened to everything I really like every month, it would have to be my full-time job.

How about all the users pause adblock for sputnik, and that ad revenue goes to Sowing

problem solved

I don't use adblock

But that's another good source of income for him, as long as he keeps writing as well as he does.

Album still rules so hard. Atonement is one of the best new songs I've heard from this year.

ya'll make good points. I guess it's just that with the other Anberlin albums I had at 5 I listened to them all at least once a week for at least a full year after they came out after I had already listened a dozen times the first couple weeks. This new one I listened to a lot, but since I didn't keep listening to it like the others I feel maybe it's not as good as I thought. I don't actually know since I haven't listened in forever (over a month) but I feel like it's a sign you guys a sign!

Yeah I don't find myself listening to this a lot. Usually just once through every other week or so (I have a decent commute, so CD rotation is key)
