The best Brand New album [2]
I narrowly preferred TDAG for a very long time but surprisingly it's this one to which time has been kinder, album does more to bring on the youthful nostalgia I suppose.

I think I prefer this to The Devil and God for 2 reasons: the unashamedly 'emo' lyrical content, which is more relatable than the religious symbolism of the 3rd album, and the general interweaving of catchy and dark.
Also 'Tommy Gun' is just one of the best songs ever. I had considered bumping this up to 5, but that's probably going a tad too far.

TDAG was their peak, Noro was the perfect swan song, I want a new album from them but at the same time Noro was the greatest note to end on

I thought there was definitely a new album coming?
I gave 'YFW' and 'TDAG' a 4, this a 4.5, Daisy a 3 maybe. My bad
